People with strong working ethics will be noticed in short time and will get bigger authorities and more complex tasks, which has good effect on personal and professional growth.

I didn't have much support from my Director, so I had to resolve things more or less by my own. Since the company is a part of INA Group, the CEO doesn't have authorities to promote anyone without earlier confirmation from some of the Directors from INA d.d., which makes promotion a long and difficult process.
