      1. Very layed back. 2. Easy work environment. 3. Worked at your own pace.

      Cons

      1. Constant Routine changing on orders or projects. 2. Always searching for equipment or PPE. 2 Tools, drills and operating equipment were always having issues and not up to code standard.

      Managment and coworkers always encouraged and lended a helping hand. Plenty of resources for the job. Room for growth and improvement throughout the company.
