Great place to work, brand new office, good friendly coworkers, easy work-life balance, slow-paced and relaxed, not demanding, very little turnover, management and senior staff are excellent, ability to create your own path, easy to for lateral and diagonal movement within, great benefits including health care, dental, vision, gym memberships
Cons
Low pay, very little time off, not a lot of room for growth due to almost no turnover among senior staff and management, many outdated practices, not a lot of motivation or reason to work harder, bare-minimum mentality.
