The Environment is hospitable and they are welcoming and helpful

They call themselves they are corporate, none of the journals have an impact factor except 1-2 out of 300, they believe in quantity not quality, they have sky-high aspirations but baseless plans and meetings. The Boss of the company cites great examples but does not acknowledge shortcomings.
