You get to set your own schedule with no minimum hours to meet and the office staff are always helpful and nice! Pay is good already, and ~50% of families tip on top too.

During the application process, you have to pay for your own background check and CPR training if you don't have them already, but this is quickly offset once you start working.

Incredibly flexible, choose your own hours. Management is always kind and very responsive to questions/concerns.

Honestly there are not any cons!
