Allow for creativity, give every intern the opportunity to learn programming and machine learning, regular meetings with supervisor, very helpful when stuck or don't know how to go about on a task.

Internship wasn't paid, sometimes switched around multiple tasks that weren't related.

I truly can't find any advantages to joining this.

They've recently begun to grow their operations in the US, but the management lacks the drive typical of a startup, despite referring to themselves as one. Essentially, it's a body shop, with a few HR and tech positions added last year. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
