People are clicky. Not welcoming to new staff. Massive divide between office staff and factory staff. Senior management..... well to sum them up in one word, pathetic. They will blame their mistakes on junior staff and then fire them for it. Terrible terrible place to work for. Management are the most stuck up people I have ever met. Two faced liars who do not know how to manage people. The worst couple years of my life were spent with this company and I am genuinely ecstatic it is a distant memory. Driving past both of their buildings sends shivers down my spine.
