Flexible work hours, solid bonuses if you're categorized high enough, some outstanding co-workers
Cons
Mired in red tape (like any large corp), not so great at change mgmt or communications, some terrible people have been promoted to high positions, acquisitions have not run smoothly, some departments are more toxic than others, some folks are exceptionally bad at operational stuff and you end up with really poorly planned content
