Everything is wrong with this company. If you join as a developer, you won’t be paid salary on time. You won’t have any leaves. Each holiday you take will be deducted from your salary. The tech head here doesn’t know anything and will make your life hell. Also, there is a hire and fire policy. So if you check anywhere, you won’t find any development team Refrain from joining this company.

Your life will become hell after you join this company. The owner and CTO are the biggest frauds. They do not provide salaries on time. No PF. No leaves. No FNF. They never respond after you leave the company. It's a company where no one wants to work with the CTO. Every techie leaves because of the CTO and his behavior, which is also not good towards female employees. Wonder why thay have not fired their CTO yet.
