Management is slow to respond to employee concerns, a big one being pay. If you contract at all for this company pay can be slow and they are not always proactive about making sure you receive your pay in a timely manner. It also seems that some people have been placed in management positions because of how long they have been with the company and have never been reevaluated in any critical way to make sure that they suit the role. Unfortunately, that leads to a lot of incompetencies and over-hiring of contractors to compensate.
