No timely salary, This was one of the most disappointing workplaces I have experienced. Salary payments were frequently delayed, creating unnecessary financial stress for employees. Despite claims of supporting the team, the reality was very different. Most of the workload, responsibility, and pressure were placed on Program Managers and Heads of Department, often without adequate support or recognition. There was a significant gap between what was promised and what employees actually experienced. Overall, the work environment felt poorly managed, and employee welfare did not appear to be a genuine priority.
