Pros
Clothing allowance and discount (which most fashion companies offer) Dog friendly office (it's a pro until the president's dog pees everywhere and you have to clean it up) Some good people working at lower levels in the company to keep you sane
Cons
Subpar and overpriced healthcare benefits. It's the bare minimum of what can qualify as benefits. Upper management and CEO are so clueless as to how to properly run and support a team in this industry. The way they handled the pandemic was abysmal. No performance reviews and therefore no raises or bonuses given (although they did ask for you to provide yearly goals to them still) A constant rotating array of people coming and going, because they can't be bothered to show a basic level of appreciation for anyone's hard work. For a company doing as well as they are, you would expect a lot more going back into supporting their staff and ensuring they have the tools to be successful at their jobs-- but they could care less about how you get things done.. they just want it done fast and cheap. Constant new projects and initiatives thrown at you with very little turn around time. Honestly shocked there aren't more reviews on here, but I think by the time most people leave they're just so entirely drained and apathetic about the entire company and experience. Good riddance!
