Pros
Smart, very nice people who are easy to work with for the most part. We eventually got some decent hardware that is up to the task of large and complex Revit modeling.
Cons
Very little progress to diversify clients and sector's leave them little choice but to staff up and then layoff. You better get enough salary to cover your next period of unemployment that is just around the corner.
