      Pros

      A culture where you can be yourself, no false pretenses. Everyone works very hard but is rewarded. 12 week 100% pay maternity leave, cost of living boost outside of merit increases, work from home program, great benefits and 401K contribution.

      Cons

      Not the highest pay I've ever received but the culture is worth the tradeoff.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
