HORRIBLE management. Management would micromanage you during your shift to sell and upsell merchandise in a non-supportive way. Other staff were so worried about not making their daily sales quota or being the worst that day so they would steal sales from you. It was a very competitive job and does not represent the Billabong relaxed, friendly brand that I was expecting to work for.
