      Pros

      SPX formerly Yuba was a great shop with excellent staff. The technology and quality of products used to be some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Due to reduction in force, they are running on a skeleton crew. The shop staff was impacted very heavily. Too many cuts. If or when things come back, they won't have enough staff.

      Good people and a very responsive leadership team. Diverse businesses under the overall name and tons of growth potential.

      Cons

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
