Company allows alot of flexibility

Time zones make working with counterparts difficult

Remote contract work. Flexible scheduling. Easy work.

Poor management. Project Manager has poor communication skills. Laid off at last minute with no warning and then asked to come back with no real coordination or plan. Treated as disposable instead of valued.
