Pros

The dev team out of Poland is excellent and the head of product really knows what he’s doing. They made a really really good software and have a tight implementation. It’s easy to show to customers.

Cons

Sales team constantly changes goals and approaches, fees and approval for deals… There was turnover in all departments from CX to Marketing (for a small company, this is problematic). CEO became increasingly reliant on a select few people instead of taking time to talk with employees. There are clear favorites at the company & leadership has been dishonest or broken promises.

Thanks for the feedback. As we navigated through Covid it was a tough time. 100% of our customers were affected by lockdowns and many unable to do their jobs. I'm super thankful for the team that helped get us through and we all did the best we could. You're right, I had to rely heavily on many people as we weren't able to hire new team members for some time. Fortunately we made it through, stronger than ever and are back on a great growth trajectory having ended 2021 significantly ahead of expectations and grew 50% year over year.

Pros

I've only been here about six months, but it's been clear from early on that this is a company that genuinely invests in its people. In the tech space it's easy for companies to talk about culture and innovation, but here you actually feel it day to day. The team dynamic is one of the best I've experienced. People are collaborative, high-performing, and remarkably low-ego for how talented they are. There's a real sense of autonomy and trust, where you're given the space to do your best work without micromanagement, but also know your teammates have your back. Leadership has been a genuine bright spot. There's a clear path forward for people who want to grow, and managers here invest real time in mentorship and coaching rather than just checking boxes. I've already had opportunities to take on new challenges that stretched my skills in ways I didn't expect this early in my tenure.

Cons

The pace of innovation is fast, which is exciting, but it does mean you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly. If you prefer a highly structured, slow-moving environment this might feel like a stretch at first. For me personally it's been energizing, but it's worth setting that expectation.

Pros

• Design Culture: It’s refreshing to work at a company where UX isn't an afterthought. Leadership truly understands that the user experience is the product. • Collaborative Environment: The bridge between Product, Engineering, and Design is very strong. Everyone is aligned on making the tool as efficient as possible for the person out in the field. • Meaningful Challenges: You're solving real-world problems for people who aren't sitting at a desk. It requires a high level of empathy and creative problem-solving.

Cons

The team moves quickly. If you're coming from a massive corporation, the speed of decision-making might be a shift, but it’s great for seeing your work come to life.
