Pros
I've only been here about six months, but it's been clear from early on that this is a company that genuinely invests in its people. In the tech space it's easy for companies to talk about culture and innovation, but here you actually feel it day to day. The team dynamic is one of the best I've experienced. People are collaborative, high-performing, and remarkably low-ego for how talented they are. There's a real sense of autonomy and trust, where you're given the space to do your best work without micromanagement, but also know your teammates have your back. Leadership has been a genuine bright spot. There's a clear path forward for people who want to grow, and managers here invest real time in mentorship and coaching rather than just checking boxes. I've already had opportunities to take on new challenges that stretched my skills in ways I didn't expect this early in my tenure.
Cons
The pace of innovation is fast, which is exciting, but it does mean you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly. If you prefer a highly structured, slow-moving environment this might feel like a stretch at first. For me personally it's been energizing, but it's worth setting that expectation.
