Pros
Certain team members were supportive despite the environment.
Cons
The environment often felt psychologically draining. Employees appeared to walk on eggshells around leadership, and there was an undercurrent of anxiety that became impossible to ignore over time.
What disturbed me most was the gap between the company’s polished external presentation and the reality many employees privately discussed internally. The culture rewarded silence, loyalty, and overwork far more than transparency or healthy communication.
I also witnessed an unusual amount of turnover in a relatively short period of time. After a while, it stopped feeling coincidental.
