      Pros

      Room for growth and advancement Depending on store, the GM does care for their store and employees If willing to work you can make lots of money working overtime

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance Schedule is done at the last minute so no plans can be made Inconsistent shifts Most staff has low work ethic as their jobs are a dime a dozen and they can go anywhere to get the same (or better) pay High turnover Health insurance is very expensive Stores have a skeleton crew so anyone needing time off is a huge deal and causes lots of scheduling issues

      Great team to work with and best company to move up fast in if you are interested in making a career

      Cons

      management communication within the team. Management should show good and policy requirements they want from employees. Management plays a big role in what employees turn out to be.

      - Leadership classes for management - Ok benefits - Employee assistance - Holiday club - Most weekends off - Most evenings off - Paid weekly

      - Health insurance is expensive for families - Have to work at least 50 hours a week - Upper management isn't helpful when there is a call out and other stores can't help - No work/home balance - Have to work 1 weekend and 1 evening a month - Management plays favorites
