Pros

SOME coworkers are tolerable. overall the people you work on projects with are ok. the people asking you for status updates on those specific projects .... not so much. Any good reviews here may be written by upper leadership to help them skew positive.

Cons

good old bait and switch. joined the company with the promise of 1 day on-site and the rest remote. first day on the job, they took that away and said they need me in the office 5x a week. before sending you your job offer, they also conveniently forget to mention that it costs an astonishing amount of money ($30/day) to park outside the office. The management has no idea what the people they are supervising do. They are in this "high growth stage" which basically translates to "let hire a lot of people and give them fancy titles". The employee turn over here is crazy. Very few employees have been with the company for longer than 1 year, or even 6 months. I have seen employees leave the company as quickly as 7 days. Major yikes. Lastly, they sell security principals and systems to their clients but don't practice what they preach. They need a major restructuring before they are ready to advise anyone. this is all just my opinion. im sure someone else has had positive experiences.

Pros

Cool product that provides a lot of value to clients, interesting challenges for deployment and maintenance Recent product changes seem to be more planned out and data-driven Mostly listens to employee feedback

Cons

Product decisions generally seem well thought out Recent cutbacks of the remote work policy seem to be prioritizing personal preferences of leadership over using data or employee feedback to justify the change, and only apply to employees that live around the office instead of being a company-wide commitment
