Pros
At the beginning it was a great company to work for
Cons
Unfortunately, the internal culture has taken a sharp downturn. Leadership structure and management style have made collaboration increasingly difficult. One senior leader in particular — who has significant influence and ASSISTANCE with the CEO — often creates tension by micromanaging, dismissing feedback, and making decisions that negatively impact morale. It’s clear that this leadership approach has hurt retention and made the workplace feel overly political. Sales positions are especially risky: expectations are unclear, goals change frequently, and turnover is extremely high. Many experienced sales professionals haven’t lasted more than a few months. Additionally, financial instability is a real concern; budgets are tight and resources are stretched thin.
