Start-up, growth company with huge opportunities if you're willing to roll your sleeves up and are self-motivated to get the job done. We have extremely smart employees. We believe in what we're doing, we were hired to get it done and we want to be successful. I am happy to be a part of this team. I enjoy working with these smart people. Motivates me to be better at my job.
Cons
The negative reviews and the whiners. It seems like most of the complaints are from former employees that couldn't run with the big dogs. I like to think of myself as part of the winning team. Complaining about everything isn't healthy. This is start-up, this is a growth company. We're owned by a private equity firm, we're not a family run business. We work hard, run hard, and we play hard. That's what makes it exciting. This is why I joined the company. I wanted to be part of an aggressive growth company with hard workers that are motivated to make SPHA the leader in the industry. If you look around, we're pretty awesome. The bad apples left or were let go because they couldn't execute and weren't getting the job done. I'm ok with that. If you're performing well and working hard, then you're winning and we'll hit our goal. The winners aren't complaining. I have no complaints, other than it would be cool if we could bring our dogs to work.
