      Pros

      Allowed to develop the projects I believed were necessary. Not always homegrown development. No problem buying off the shelf software. Most decisions were honored.

      Cons

      "What have you done for me lately" syndrome. Too many hours (first year 3000 hours), most of the time after that at least 60 hours a week.

      None. Although, I did meet some great people, who were under paid and overworked.

      Cons

      Under paid, over worked, bad management, and false reason of termination. I quit, but said I abandoned the job.
