Pros
- The working hours are flexible, 8-5 or 9-6 or 10-7 or 8.30-5.30, it just depends on what time you come in, and u need to complete 9 hours of work. - The attendance and leave application are easy. So long as it doesn't affect your work. - The workload is not too stressful.. sometimes need to work outside working hours. - good place if you want to start your career
Cons
- Not much benefit... a free flow of food, team building, bonus only given to a favourable person. less favourable, less bonus for you. the more you close to the boss, the more bonus for you. increment also not much. - beware of that one staff member who purposely talks badly about other staff over small things, just because she hates/envy that staff.. because the boss is going to listen to her. and its going to affect ur performance. - two-faced working environment with other colleagues..
