- Not much benefit... a free flow of food, team building, bonus only given to a favourable person. less favourable, less bonus for you. the more you close to the boss, the more bonus for you. increment also not much. - beware of that one staff member who purposely talks badly about other staff over small things, just because she hates/envy that staff.. because the boss is going to listen to her. and its going to affect ur performance. - two-faced working environment with other colleagues..

time flexibility, friendly environment, friendly senior colleagues, bosses are easy to talk to and to discuss matters, best for those whos ok starting from below regardless of qualifications because your efforts will not go unnoticed and will climb the ranks in no time.

workplace politics is annoying as hell as well as salary increment is quite low and below expectations. Also letter of offer/ contract of employment is somewhat vague.Staff benefits is currently slow on the mend. Initially there were no benefits at all.
