      May be on hourly you may get paid on what you work. People listen to your needs on a long term. All the people are attentive and talkative.

      If you are looking for 401k and benefits like health insurance its not worth joining.

      SPECTRAFORCE is a collaborative, fast-paced and supportive environment. They look to promote from within are invested in the success and happiness of their employees globally. It's not a job it's a career at SPECTRAFORCE.

      Pros

      My small team was very friendly. They are the only reason I am not giving 0 stars.

      Cons

      Job security really doesn't exist here. I've seen other reviews mention it, and I'll say it again because it's true. You can be praised for your work one day and cleaning out your desk the next. No PIP, no warning, no real indication that anything is wrong. If you are interviewing at any of their US locations, please do a deep dive online about the company before continuing. Do the research!
