      -Management has no idea on how to manage the company -Management is too demanding, many directors work with MNC mindset but forget they only have SME manpower -Extremely huge workloads, many manual works -Low salary, long working hours -Poor benefits -Hopeless future plans

      Technology is outdated. All pay stubs and check ins are manual and have to be in store. No online portal
