Despite having worked for Spar for years, have never been given any opportunities for promotion, workplace seems unorganised, lack of communication between management and employees, no sense of feeling part of a larger goal or plan. By being on a zero hours contract, have never received holiday pay. Have to provide 6 weeks notice to book a day off despite only being given our rota days before we are due to work
