Nothing much. However fresh graduates will gain a good experience at the very start of their career by coping up with challenges and unrealistic goals set by the management. Experienced professionals, stay away from this organisation.

1. Job security is a matter of concern 2. Performance appraisal is not structured & lack of clarity while providing annual hikes 3. Offer letter will not have some of the relevant clauses & policies 4. Unwanted work pressure especially during peak seasons or deadlines 5. Addressing seniors as "sir", which is old school and pathetic 6. Questioning & embarassing the juniors during meetings 7. Employees are not treated well, in many situations The list goes on and on. In short, the advice to the management is to listen to the hardships faced by the employees & try to improve the critical areas. Not only focussing on the financial gain, but also make the work environment better.
