      -sub station visits -nice colleagues -chill supervisor (at least for me) -nice team that actually bonds together

      Cons

      -steep learning curve (like all jobs tbh) -a little unclear of what to give interns, but this will improve over time

      • can dress down to work (more like i didnt care) • safety first

      Cons

      • unwilling to convert contract staff to perm staff • keep changing contract staff's job scope and making them go to another section in the company (if you reject they wont continue you)
