Union employees use union status to frequently commit insubordination, problem employees remain employed for months and years, removal process is painstaking, supervisors bear the brunt of union employees calling out sick or arriving late, facility managers create tension at certain locations, facility managers have unfettered ability to set disparate wages for employees and terminate employees without any warning or consultation with upper management.
