Cons
You are a number. The company cares only for itself and it's stock price, not its employees. At times it feels as if you are pulled from one emergency to another, with little time for daily tasks. Front line staff and customer base is often difficult. Employee reviews are a complete joke. Nepotism among upper management. Head scratching management promotions make you wonder what the company is looking for. Emails from CEO and upper management are condescending and demeaning.
