Fun environment, but staffing issues limit potential - Marketing SOULed OUT Employee Review

Casual wear, location is good, parking is available for employee

Unstable management due to one of the owner/founder (senior) keeps coming in and out of the business and this owner is likely to be micromanaging, strongly believe the old school way of management in running the business. Old school means using abusive words, verbal harshness (shouting & screaming), manual way (everything must be printed out on paper), no investment on IT system, favoritism is strong and people just wanna work under the radar of the management, do not appreciate opinions which are against the management. Believe in working long hours = good employees, minimum human respect in treating employees. everything is employees' fault, and keep changing decisions/ plans made at a ridiculously time frame. The management personnel who does the hiring needs lot of help in selecting the right candidates. 90% workforce is foreign workers.

Fun and creative place to work, especially during festive seasons! I loved designing decorations for events like Christmas and Chinese New Year—seeing my work come to life was super rewarding. Management was supportive, but better planning would help. Overall, a solid experience for anyone who enjoys a fast-paced, lively environment!

The team was great, but deadlines could be hectic, especially with last-minute changes.
