Unstable management due to one of the owner/founder (senior) keeps coming in and out of the business and this owner is likely to be micromanaging, strongly believe the old school way of management in running the business. Old school means using abusive words, verbal harshness (shouting & screaming), manual way (everything must be printed out on paper), no investment on IT system, favoritism is strong and people just wanna work under the radar of the management, do not appreciate opinions which are against the management. Believe in working long hours = good employees, minimum human respect in treating employees. everything is employees' fault, and keep changing decisions/ plans made at a ridiculously time frame. The management personnel who does the hiring needs lot of help in selecting the right candidates.
90% workforce is foreign workers.
