- clients are mostly friends of the management - outdated processes - low salary - the offices are not very stimulating

- good people - great boss - remote/office/anyMix work is your choice - can change teams if you don't fit in the current - many different positions available - free sports (fitness, climbing, badminton, football, and more) - seminar on the current platform and new technologies every 2 months or so - they buy courses on Udemy and books on Amazon for self education - future oriented - trying to get client abroad (with some success already)

- still a startup, so the pay is not as big as expected
