      Pros

      The company caters to you. They want you to stay working for them and that's a good thing. Looks like they want to promote from within and from the looks of it there's a lot of opportunities. Training has been good and easy. It doesn't feel like I'm just being thrown into the wolves.

      Pros

      I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

      Cons

      There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
