Pros
Small, family oriented company. They apply Lean/Six Sigma to the work place, so it's fairly well organized. Work/Life Balance: Schedule can be somewhat flexible for family / appointment needs. Overall friendly staff, random lunches provided. Senior Management: Someone is there all the time, they like to be seen and they try to listen to suggestions when time permits
Cons
Career Opportunities: They try to promote from within, so you'll be passed up unless you actually have seniority and are loved by 'the click'. Compensation: each department head is allotted a set amount each year and they tend to only give their favorite employees raises.
