Very bad management, being run like a dictatorship by plant manager who has an awful attitude and temper. Staff over worked and under paid. Bad training provided for new staff very hard to pass your assignments in the 6 months. High volume of staff turn over and not replacing key figures. All the people in management lack severe people and leadership experience and how to manager a production team of less then 8 people
