Pros

This company is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to be a part of it. They are providing incredible technology that's leading the telemedicine industry. The work is very meaningful and the organization is small enough that anyone can make a huge impact and have their ideas heard. While there is still much work to be done, they are implementing several new initiatives to help employees. Most recently, reward and recognition, lunch and learns, wellness programs, 401k match. They also sponsor professional certifications like PMO and Lean Six Sigma.

Cons

This place isn't for everyone. It's a fast-paced, intense working environment. If you'd rather work for a fully established organization where you know exactly what you'l be doing every day, this isn't the organization for you. You need to realize coming in that you are dealing with change and ambiguity and a flexible job description. For some like me, that makes for a very interesting and positively challenging career opportunity, but certainly not everyone prefers that type of work environment.
