Bait and Switch - Manager SOAProjects Employee Review

I have been with the firm for more than 12 years. I have seen the firm go through ups and downs, but they have never passed on the burden or risk to employees. Even when I was not fully billable in a bad economy, I felt secure and was timely paid a salary.

Need to be stricter with the team performance and make quicker decisions on termination on PIPs.

Truly best place to work, I feel valued and treated very well.

I have gained too much weight since I joined, there is too much food in the kitchen
