I personally have no cons to working here.

I joined the SO team at the start of the year looking for the next challenge in my career. The role was exactly how it had been described/scoped during both my interviews, so no surprises once I was appointed. I was given full, free reign to get stuck into the job, and while a small team isn't for everyone, for me it was great to have that immediate engagement with everyone, from the other team members, to clients, suppliers and the general public.

Be prepared to work hard - if you're looking for somewhere to drift along under the radar, this isn't the place for you. Only awesome people will make it.
