      - Good salary for postdocs - High independence - Very clear conditions with only few (if any) requirements - Option to request for conference and travel funds - Very friendly assistance by the SNSF team - and extremely well organized as everything swiss

      Cons

      Getting to know other SNSF postdocs would be great - there are only few events of the sort if any

      Simply the best choice for a young researcher interested in pursuing academic carrier. Great salary, simple and efficient application process.
