SNS creates a healthy, fun working environment, while also maintaining a professional company. This company gives you that opportunity to have a work/life balance by not asking the leasing office to be open on the weekends. SNS values are strong, and that is what makes SNS stand out in the industry.

I can not think of any cons.

-Close-knit company -Decent UPTO/PTO Package -Employee Appreciation -Pay increases are regular

-HR associate has no training or background education in HR. Extremely unprofessional. -Communication & expectations lacking for certain positions -No growth even though it is advertised -Extremely gossipy culture.
