Pros

Its better than unemployment You may work with people you actually like (before they quit or before you do) If you bill you will be left alone until the next month You wont be there long They will give you tools (Linkedin, etc) When you quit or get fired it will be the best thing that happened to you!

Cons

TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP! VP is well removed from how recruiting is in the current times. Upper Management holds weekly calls saying the same thing over and over again Commissions are never paid and very misleading "Stand for your peers" is what they think motivates employees (cant sit until you make X amount of calls) HR does not handle matters professionally Turnover, Turnover, Turnover Anyone who is good eventually leaves because of the constant changing of objectives They will make current workers do a fake review praising them if anyone writes a true negative review to balance it out.
