Pros

The Downtown Toronto Location is nice..

Cons

Everything.. where do I begin.. the pay is garbage.. the working conditions are terrible.. in terms of it's always cold or too hot.. and they don't care to even do anything about it. You learn nothing.. If you think you get hired for a specific position good luck.. they are cheap on resources and will make you do random work. The management is rude... there are a few management and "Executives" that have been there from the beginning and think that they are the most knowledgeable.. They constantly put people down and belittle individuals. They promote people and will make them do the job for months without the actual pay they are entitled to. No one ever stays here.. they are constantly hiring. The amount of staff that has left in the last two years is probably 30+. They have no culture- Staff doesn't have any social events. They barely have Christmas Parties.. They do it during the day and sometimes way after Christmas because it is cheaper. Zero motivation on actually wanting to come to work or even work for this company. Worst ever.. unless you are completely desperate for a job.

Hi there, Thank for your taking the time to leave this honest review. We’re sorry to learn that your experience while working at SNAP was negative and you were unable to maintain an open dialogue with your manager to voice these concerns while you were here. To add to your comment regarding the rate at which we hire - we are a growing organization and are continually adding new roles to our repertoire. It’s a shame you view this exciting time for us as negative. With regards to social activities, we continually plan and organise team events including end of year holiday parties, our annual Halloween theme events, Chinese New Year celebrations, free donut Fridays and free lunch Fridays to name a few, between our Toronto and Vancouver offices . We appreciate that this may not have been your experience without knowing the dates you were employed. I would be open to discussing the points you raised regarding management in more detail at your earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact me at fsuchak@snapfinancial.com and we can work on taking steps to improving our processes in the future. Feeroza
