Pros

1 year later and I feel very fortunate to have worked at SNAP! The leadership team supported me and constantly pushed me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates were clear, and we were always encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. This translated to a really positive team atmosphere which will be difficult to replicate elsewhere. My experience was that there were no shortage of good opportunities to experiment and test new ideas. This culture had a real focus on innovation which I found exciting. There was always something new and interesting to work on around the corner. As a result, there was plenty of variety and opportunities to take ownership over new initiatives. My boss and I developed a "mentor" relationship which I am still very grateful for. This was indispensable in helping to accelerate my development.

Cons

Consistent change is the reality at SNAP. I personally look at this as a good thing but if you can't roll with the punches and adapt to new processes and opportunities , this might make you uncomfortable. With that said, I'm a firm believer that change teaches us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace (and life in general).
