Pros
I had some complaints, but looking back, I realize that the company provided a beyond average working environment. In the beginning I struggled to adapt and learn but I received ample support in a more reserved manner and formed valuable friendships with my colleagues. The company's generosity with salary, bonuses, and seasonal gifts was, in fact, the highlight, making me feel truly appreciated.
Cons
Occasionally, working hours could be long, and the heavy responsibilities sometimes led to stress (which can be expected in any workplace, I suppose). If you're not the outgoing type, the initial period can be a bit challenging, as everyone is mostly quiet engineers. You need to persevere until you adapt. Interaction with members of other teams was severely limited, leading to a sense of isolation and occasional awkward moments when attempting to bridge the gap.
