Pros
I have been working part time at SMS Masterminds for the winter and I could not be in a better work environment. I was greeted from the moment I walked in and have felt welcomed every day after I started working. My managers have been very supportive of me as I have been learning their ways and methods of business and they are always very gracious on helping me find success and feel comfortable in my line of work. I look forward to coming to work every day with my supportive, collaborative, and fun-loving staff members and am always eager to learn more each day from this company.
Cons
I havent worked here long enough to see any negativities of the company. The age is very young, so not a lot of sales experience from the staff. However, they are very willing to learn.
