      Home based culture, feels like you are working at home

      Cons

      Management team needs self development & training, it's a relative based organization with no structure & they get a bond signed for 18 months which is illegal

      Pros

      If you live around the area it's convenient to work there. The job is not hard to do. Good vacation and PTO.

      Cons

      Bad management, they are on a buddy system and management has a problem with safety and concerns for it. Management doesn't want to listen to you when you bring up a problem they agree with you then do nothing about it. The health insurance is not good. I would suggest if you have a problem or concerns you're better off calling personal.
